Kupang
*Due to flight schedules, ferry schedules and potential windy conditions, we always choose to spend a night in Kupang, when travelling to and from Rote.
*For accomodation in Kupang, we recommend The Sotis Hotel and La Hasienda Hotel. The hotels are very helpful in arranging transportation to either the airport or ferry terminals.
*For dinner, we love venturing to the different night markets in town. At the markets you can enjoy delicious seafood dishes, at a great price, and in a traditional atmosphere.
*If you would like to spend some time exploring Kupang, we have a great local contact, who can share some wonderful spots with you.
